Members log on username and passwords were distributed by email around the first week of February. Based on enquiries from some members who appear not to have received the email, this system generated email may well have been caught in spam filters and ended up in a Junk Mail folder of your email client.  This may be particularly true for members who use a work email to receive information from CBS.

So firstly search through your Junk mail folder for an email from This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and secondly, create an address card based on this email address so that your junk - spam mail filter will let them through in the future.
