There are two ways to register:
1 Register online - then pay by direct deposit or cheque.
If you are attending the Convention and some or all of the optional activities (workshops, dinner, welcome reception, NBPCA tours) - register by Clicking the "Full Registration" mouse button on the left hand sidebar. If you are a couple attending the full convention then you will each need to complete individual registrations.
If you are accompanying a Convention registrant and wish to attend Social Activities ONLY (dinner, welcome reception, tours) register by clicking the "Spouse / Partner Registration" mouse button on the left hand sidebar.
Late in the online registration process you will be asked to “Select payment method”. Only the “Pay later” option is enabled and on that screen you will need to select the “Mail in Payment” option in the drop down list. However, you can pay by direct deposit or by mailing in a cheque. Details are provided in your confirmation email and below.

Please note, payment is required within ten days to confirm your registration and reserve your place as a workshop participant or observer. After this time your registration lapses and your workshop booking may be offered to another registrant.
We will also send you an email confirmation of your registration with a receipt for your payment, HOWEVER, if you do not receive this email within a few weeks after you have paid, please contact us (registration@cbs.org.au) as either your payment or your hard copy registration may have gone astray.
Early Bird Convention Registration fee ended on the 30th of October 2012. No registrations are possible after the 1st of May 2013. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Each registration incurs a $20 non-refundable administration fee in the event of cancellation. Cancellation after 1 May 2013 will also incur catering and tour costs (if applicable).
Other Registration and Payment Information
The full convention registration fee is $280 (early bird fee is $250 - available until 30th October 2012). Saturday or Sunday only registration fee is $160.
Costs for the optional activities can be found in the convention brochure or as you complete the online registration.
Full registration includes all demonstrations on Saturday and Sunday, display tree critique on Sunday, entry to the Exhibition and Sales area, lunch, morning and afternoon tea on both days and Convention kit.
Day registration includes all demonstrations on Saturday OR Sunday, display tree critique on Sunday if registration is for Sunday, entry to the Exhibition and Sales area, lunch, morning and afternoon tea on the chosen day and Convention kit.
Optional activities: Tours of the National Arboretum Canberra and the National Bonsai and Penjing Collection of Australia, the Welcome Reception, the Convention Dinner and Masterclass Workshops and Workshops on Monday all incur additional fees.
Registration and payment for the Convention, and any optional activities, must be received by CBS before 1 May 2013.
Early bird Registration is available before 1 November 2012.

Registration
A separate registration is required for each participant and must be received by CBS before 1 May 2013.
You can register online at www.cbs.org.au/2013AABC/register.html [this page] . We will send you an email confirming receipt of your registration.
You can also register by completing the Registration Form attached to the brochure and posting it to the address shown.
Additional copies of the Registration Form can be downloaded from this page [above] or obtained from your club secretary.
Payment
You can pay by
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/Direct Deposit to the account shown below and on the Registration Form. When making payment by EFT/Direct Deposit, please ensure that you include the participant’s surname and initial as a reference so we can match deposits to registration.
- Australian participants can also pay by personal or bank cheque, or money order, forwarded with the Registration Form if you have chosen to use this registration method.
- International participants who wish to pay other than by EFT must pay by bank draft/ cheque, forwarded with the Registration Form if you have chosen to use this registration method. Personal cheques are not able to be accepted from international participants.
All payments must be made in Australian dollars.
